Been fairly uneventful in serverland lately but a couple vulnerabilities came out so packages needed to be updated. Weirdness with pf continues and the freebsd-security list didn’t say anything in reply to a post. I was able to free up some of my time by dropping Physics which was mostly worthless and my motivation came back soon after that…so I’m going to tackle the list of things to do, namely finally allowing resident mail relaying. Watch out.

I’m tempted to rewrite a couple of the scripts that are getting old and are a little messy, the ones in cron specifically. I’d like to use something other than PHP but that might be out of the question when the shared classes are written in PHP.

It needs to be summer so I can work without angering residents (as much).
